One day in the studio. Thirty minutes of portraits for
couples, pregnancy and young families.
For the time after the weddings
Most of my work happens at weddings, on long days where a lot is going on at once. The Studio Day is the opposite of that. There is a quiet room, good light, and half an hour in which nobody needs anything from you.
I started it for the time after the wedding: the first anniversary, a baby on the way, the first year with a child. Those years go by quickly, and they rarely get photographed properly. Most people have hundreds of phone pictures from that time and almost none where they are actually in it together.
Sometimes there is no occasion at all, just the wish to have a photo of the two of you as you are now. That is reason enough.
The Session
You don´t need to be good in
front of a camera.
I won’t ask you to hold a pose for long. I’ll give you a place to sit, something to do with your hands, and then I mostly wait for the moment you forget I’m there.
You arrive a few minutes early, we talk briefly about what you’d like, and then we start. Thirty minutes is enough. I rarely need more, even on a regular shoot. Between sessions there is time, so nobody walks in on yours and you don’t have to rush out.
Before your session, [NAME] does a short hair and make-up refresh, so you can come straight from work or from home.

I’ll confirm your slot and send you the invoice for the deposit of 150 €. Once it’s paid, the slot is yours.

About two weeks before, you’ll get my styling guide: what to wear, what works well together, and what to bring.

The remaining amount is due with your gallery.

Up to four. Babies in arms don’t count towards that.
The most important thing is that you feel comfortable. You’ll get my styling guide after booking. In short: plain fabrics, no large prints, and colours that sit well next to each other.
Most people who come to me say that. I’ll guide you through the first minutes, and after that it usually gets easier on its own.
Within two weeks, in your private online gallery.
You will receive 25 edited images in color and B&W.
Up to five days before, you get your deposit back. After that, 50 % of the price is due, and on the day itself 100 %. You can always send someone in your place.
